How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most arrive within 3–7 business days after that.
Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Not at the moment. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.
