This policy explains how GILLNMO ships orders placed at gillnmo.com.
Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, DC). There is no minimum order value.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.
Fragrances
Perfumes contain alcohol and are regulated for transport, so any order that includes a fragrance ships by ground service only.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at info@gillnmo.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
