30-day returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging.
- Fragrances must be unopened with the factory seal intact.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email info@gillnmo.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
The customer pays the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label or reimburse the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different colour or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something is wrong with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.
